Returns and Refunds Policy

At GOATALOW, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re here to make returns and refunds simple and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final-sale products

• Customized or personalized goods

• Intimate or hygiene-related items

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@goatalow.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrong items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
